The shoes are going to be sold only at core skate and surf shops in support of the Don’t Do It campaign, a movement that seeks to put the power back into the hands of those companies that built the action sports industry.

The Drunk, a thinly veiled comedic wordplay on a popular shoe style from one of the large sporting goods companies, bears a signature banana logo on the side of each shoe. It was created as a playful knock on the large sporting goods brands that are now making a strong push to take a share of the market in the action sports industry. Though the shoe is humorous in it’s design, the message that the Don’t Do It Campaign conveys is a very serious one. Steve “Birdo” Guisinger, owner of Consolidated Skateboards states, “ There is a reason there are no football, baseball, basketball, or soccer, player owned companies-and there should be. We don't want this to happen to our industry.” Jay “The Wizard” Wilson, Executive Vice President for Osiris, adds, “If they can make skate shoes, we can make basketball shoes that you can skate in. Can’t we all have a little fun?”

Osiris will be the first in a series of core skate companies who will be creating a new version of the Drunk each season. The Osiris Drunk is a patent leather paneled quarter top shoe, with it’s design borrowed from a new style of shoes from Osiris called the South Bronx. “Ever since I can remember, I longed to work with the famous banana. It’s a legend in its own right, for it’s continued efforts to break down the corporate evils that plague our industry,” says Brian Reid, Chief Creative Officer for Osiris.

Tu yang aku rasa sekarang ni. Lapar doh. Tapi puasa. Eh, sah ke aku puasa ni? Aku tak makan dan minum sehingga la pukul 7.11pm nanti. Tapi aku bosan. Hujan pulak tu. Tak ngantok pulak. Tengok ni:

Agak membosankan minggu aku yang tidak bekerja, aku baru je quit dari satu butik surfwear di Mid Valley & Pavilion KL dalam beberapa hari lepas, kerana aku mendapat tawaran kerja yang lain, yang agak selesa bagi aku kot. Aku start kerja pada 1 Oct. Memang confirm aku tak dapat cuti raya. Tak kisah beb. Aku raya sini je. Sedih. LOL.

Aku amat memerlukan duit. Duit perbelanjaan aku sekarang adalah diatas tanggungan girlfriend aku. Kesian dia. Selalu je short duit kerana aku. Aku nak pinjam duit kat member-member aku semua bagi alasan takde duit la, budget lari la, gaji tak keluar lagi la. Haih. Aku nak guna untuk bulan ni je. Aku dapat gaji nanti aku bayar balik la. Aku ni bukannya muka peminjam pun. AKu pun tak berkira. Tapi aku amat menghargai jasa gf aku. Banyak dah duit aku guna. Nanti aku bayar balik budi kepadanya.

Tahun ni aku tak shopping raya kot. Tapi aku suka Volcom. Mahal harga t-shirts, jeans brand itu. Babi betul. Aku nak kasut Nike SB Dunk yang aku selalu inginkan. Babi. Takde duit.

Takpe. Cari duit dan pandai-pandai save budget.

Aku kena cari duit buat simpanan hidup dan masa depan.

By now virtually everyone has heard the news that Jay-Z is planning to release his second post-retirement album, American Gangster on November 6. As HHDX reported earlier, the album will be inspired by the Frank Lucas biopic of the same name. And while Def Jam is being tight-lipped about the other details of the project, it is becoming increasingly apparent that Jay-Z will take a decidedly more street approach with this album.

It's probably safe to assume that Jay won't be plugging Budweiser or cavorting with Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Danica Patrick when the video for his lead single, "Blue Magic" (download la) drops. Why? Because Jay and Def Jam released a trailer of the video, which Miss Info reports will be directed by none other than Hype Williams. Surely a full clip can't be too far behind. Carlos Tevez and Louis Saha condemned new Chelsea boss Avram Grant to a losing start at Old Trafford.

Tevez capitalised on the 32nd-minute departure of Mikel John Obi just before the break, with Saha sealing victory with a late penalty. United keeper Edwin van der Sar did not have a shot to save with Chelsea creating little up front.

Wayne Rooney won an early corner off Claude Makelele and Chelsea were forced to survive a scare as Petr Cech slipped coming for it, making Michael Essien's clearing header even more vital.

Thankfully for the visitors, Cech was sure-footed when Rooney stepped easily inside Tal Ben Haim on the edge of the area, then curled a shot towards the top corner which the Czech keeper did brilliantly to palm away.

Michael Carrick then flicked a header straight at Cech before Joe Cole responded with a shot which failed to test Edwin van der Sar. Andriy Shevchenko fired wide after John-Obe Mikel had won a 50-50 challenge with Wes Brown close to the United box.

Shevchenko beat both Nemanja Vidic and Patrice Evra by the touchline but took too long to find team-mates streaming up in support and United's defence managed to bundle clear.

As hardcore loyalists, we are honour bound to vote for the Missouri 85 - this time it’s monochromed out with the Kid Robot’s very own ‘bones’ design in shades of wintery grey. For fans of the streamlined Revan 3, there’s two more colourful versions to choose from - the screaming lilac eyeballs or the Kid Robot logo in tennis green.

The most anticipated album, after Talib Kweli released Ear Drum.
Korang mesti grab the shit coz' there's something new in Kanye's, the productions and shit even the tracklist pun dah kurang.

Kanye West: Graduation

Black robes. Tassles. Commencement? Not in the world of Kanye West. Replace that robe with an under-sized Starter jacket, polo shirt, and over-sized shades and you've stepped into his Graduation (Roc-A-Fella/ Def Jam). On this the third album from the Louis Vuitton Don you might just flip out with excitement over both familiar Ye beats laced with old-school samples, swift rap features and fluid lyrical delivery. But Graduation ups the antee on more than a few tracks destined to become classics.

Well at least by today's standards. Doing it by "any jeans necessary" the intro sways ever so swiftly into “Champion's" elevated tempo beat. Yes its egotistic as heard in the hook’s sample lift ("Did you realize that you were a champion in their eyes?") but the flow is serious ("Lauryn Hill said her heart was in Zion. I wish her heart still was in rhyming"). For the alternative electronica starved listener "Stronger" hits the spot with every verse. In good company are a few other cross-genre tracks such as "I Wonder" which discourages other drum beats from competing while Ye gets his emo-rock delivery on.

However, just like any audience member in a graduation, there will be parts that make you want to speed up the ceremony. Among them, "Good Life" featuring T-Pain whose synthesized voice should automatically give Roger Troutman and Zapp royalties off g.p., Unfortunately the track shows that striking when the iron is hot doesn't always make for a hit song. Thankfully redemption is right around the corner on "Barry Bond's" featuring Lil’ Wayne. Though it is up for debate whether Ye completely kills Wayne's bars, consistency is everything in the rap game and thankfully he came to play. Just overlook the cliché title and meaning (duh, a "hit") so you can take a good listen.

Kanye's ferocity is not only in taking fashion to another level but in his highly potent talent with the pen. Think of Kanye West as a would be Hip-Hop Superman who trades tights for fly sneakers. He takes risks that always work because of the sincerity in his undiluted esteem. Graduation represents that to the “T”. Very few artist can put together an album in which they stand out more than every guest appearance and so you can't help but root for him because he always seems to come out on top.

Although certain tracks leave you scratching your head instead of bobbing it you gotta' have faith—he knows what he's doing. The symphonic beat of "Drunk and Hot Girls" is a good example of his power. Yes you will jump at the anticipation of Mos Def being featured on the track yet the fact that he's traded in singing for rapping might just leave you a little disappointed. Still the almost silly premise works.

Ever the storyteller, the album’s closer "Big Brother" is a layered ride through Kanye's rise to the top. Over the DJ Toomp provided, emotional ride Mr. West is candidly sentimental in paying respect to Jay-Z for his help as both a big brother figure and label executive. Has the student become the teacher? Maybe, but he is humble enough to give thanks.

Only Kanye West could make an album like this. Proclaim himself as a classic artist and tie in each record title to the growth and elevation that most experience while in college. There has been a lot of talk about who he may out-sell, but where's the talk about who he is out-rhyming? Cocky is what he may be but Graduation not only proves that he's well within reason, but challenges all that want to step to him to step their game up or flunk out.

Jay-Z, Kanye West, 50 Cent, Diddy, T.I., Ciara, Swizz Beatz Make Hip-Hop History At NYC Show
-Artists performed and appeared together onstage — all of 'em! — at Screamfest stop Wednesday night.

NEW YORK - There were close to 20,000 people at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night, and it's pretty much a given that none of them believe what they saw. Just imagine how much they've been calling, texting and MySpacing since the show. Heck, you might not even believe this when you read it, but as wrestling legend Kurt Angle would say, "It's true. It's damn true."

T.I. orchestrated a mammoth hip-hop moment, a piece of history in the form of an onstage party featuring the cream of the crop in hip-hop: T.I., Jay-Z, Diddy, Swizz Beatz, Ciara, Kanye West and 50 Cent. They were all onstage performing and partying together ... as in, everybody was onstage at the same time.

The show started like just another Screamfest '07 tour stop (see "T.I., Ciara To Headline Latest Scream Tour"). Headliners Ciara and T.I. intermingled their sets much like Jay-Z and R. Kelly did on the Best of Both Worlds tour a few years back (see "Jay-Z, R. Kelly Part Ways as Best Of Both Worlds Tour Collapses"). Ciara came out first, did half her show and left. Then it was T.I.'s turn to do half his show, which led into both ATL natives performing their respective part twos. Those second halves would bring the crowd into the stratosphere and give MSG one of its memorable spectacles ever.

During the second half of Ciara's set, 50 Cent slowly rose up and onto the stage, where he and his rumored girlfriend performed "Can't Leave Him Alone." Although Fif isn't on the Scream bill, he might as well be: He's popped up with "surprise" appearances on the tour several times, including earlier this week in Hampton, Virginia. 50 was immediately greeted, well, like the man who runs New York. The crowd got stupid. After their duet, Ciara asked 50 if he would perform one of his songs, and if you think there was any way he wasn't going to rock in his hometown, you're just plain foolish.

"I Get Money" was ... well, remember the first episode of "Lost," when the plane was ripped apart and just about everyone and everything went flying? It was that. 50 brought out some of his wolves: Lloyd Banks, Mobb Deep, Tony Yayo, you get the picture. But it was big, it was loud, the energy level was as high as a satellite. It was that big MSG moment that a superstar who claims he runs the city — in that very song no less — was supposed to bring. It was almost a show-stealer.

But T.I.'s round two was utterly remarkable — and is one for the history books. The crowd had already showered him with love as he shot from the throne hits like "Top Back," "24's," "Why You Wanna," "Rubber Band Man" and "Bring Em Out" — a great show in its own right. Moments earlier though, 50 ran to the stage from another part of the venue — seemingly unplanned, because Jay and T.I. both looked a little surprised. They were all smiling and dancing and genuinely enjoying the camaraderie. 50 even threw up the Roc-A-Fella diamond sign with his hands for a couple of seconds.

"Laaaaa, la, la, la, wait till I get my money right," Kanye continued, as he stood next to 50, Diddy and Jay-Z.

Jay-Z then did one of his classics, "Encore," and the show ended with everyone in the Garden unanimously cheering and making the Roc sign. Some fans were saying that the cheers in the Garden sounded louder than when close to 60,000 at Giants Stadium did the same thing a few years ago during Summer Jam.

With everyone still hanging out onstage, Swizz Beatz and Ciara eventually made it to the stage as well, with Swizz doing one of the biggest records in rap right now, "Money in the Bank."

T.I. and Ciara ended their triumphant New York visit with renditions of his "What You Know?" and "Big Things Poppin'." CiCi proclaimed herself "Queen of the South," and rightly so.

A Mat Rempit is a Malaysian term for 'an individual who participates in illegal street racing', usually involving underbone motorcycles (Kapcai) or scooters. Not all Mat Rempits involve in street racing, some of them just ride their motorcycle's dangerously on public roads just for thrills and fun.

Mat Rempits usually travel in groups and race in bustling city centres on weekend nights. As of recently, Mat Rempits have been linked to gangsterism, gang robbery, fighting, vandalism, thefts, bullying and raping. Most motorcycles used by the Mat Rempits do not meet standard specifications, or have been modified extensively.

Additionally, some Mat Rempit do not have valid licenses, do not pay road taxes, and ride stolen motorcycles. More and more housing estates were turned into racing tracks. It is estimated that there are about 200,000 Mat Rempits in Malaysia.

In Indonesia and Singapore, the terms of Mat Rempit also used there but it likely referer as a motorcycle lover or riders (Mat Motor), not illegal motorcycle racer.
